Massage Therapy leads us to an awareness of our body parts by opening the flow of blood, lymphatic fluid, and bio-energy throughout our bodies. Once that flow is re-established, the body's soft tissues: muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments, begin to relax and lengthen, allowing awareness to expand our spiritual potential, and creating a deep sense of calm and peace. Meditation or contemplation involves focusing the attention in order to Increase awareness of the present moment, induce deep calm, reduce anxiety, promote personal development, and further a sense of oneness.
